摘 要:随着国家战略政策的要求及“新一代智能制造”的到来,继续使用传统PLC作为风机的主控系统的方式(结构复杂、系统搭建周期长、调试周期长、系统维护难等特点)要向智能化模式转变,未来风机控制系统应具有高速数据采集、高速数据处理能力、高速数据通信能力、支持数学模型运算、具备互联网接口、具备工业数据安全保护、系统存储与备份、工艺参数自诊断与自学习模型建立等。在“新一代智能制造”模式引领下,提出“未来风机系统架构模型”运行在工业PC或基于PC-Based控制器平台,为用户解决了传统PLC没有办法做到将复杂的工艺控制、参数优化及数学模型直接进行运算处理的难题。在新时代工业模式引领下,能够帮助诸多风机设备厂商争先定义自己的设备在未来市场地位,为国家新能源贡献经济构成新的增长点和推动新能源产业多种形式合作。With the requirement of national strategic policy and the arrival of the"a new generation of intelligent manufacturing",continue to use the traditional PLC as the fan master system(complex structure,system structures is long,debugging cycle,system maintenance)to intelligent mode,the future fan control system should have high speed data acquisition,high speed data processing ability,high speed data communication ability,support mathematical model operation,have Internet interface,industrial data security protection,system storage and backup,process parameters from diagnosis and self-learning model building,etc.Under the guidance of the"new generation of intelligent manufacturing"mode,the"future fan system architecture model"is proposed in industrial PC or PC-based based controller platform,which solves the problem that the traditional PLC fails to directly handle complex process control,parameter optimization and mathematical model.Under the guidance of the industrial model in the new era,it can help many fan equipment manufacturers to define their equipment in the future market position,contribute to the national new energy economy to constitute a new growth point and promote various forms of cooperation in the new energy industry.
