摘  要:针对现有机器人钻削叠层构件时存在颤振显著、钻削力大等问题,采用超声加工与机器人加工相结合的技术,实现CFRP/铝合金叠层的高效低损伤加工方法。开展了机器人旋转超声钻削(RRUD)、机器人钻削(RD)和机床钻削(MD)叠层构件钻削力对比实验。实验结果表明,与机床钻削相比,机器人钻削的钻削力显著恶化,钻削CFRP和铝合金时最大增幅分别达到28.19%和61.73%。旋转超声振动的引入有效抑制了钻削力的增大,当主轴转速为5000r/min时,机器人旋转超声钻削力接近机床钻削。According to the problems of robotic drilling such as serious chatter and large drilling force,a method that combining rotary ultrasonic drilling and robotic drilling is proposed in order to realize high efficiency and low damage processing of CFRP/aluminum stacks.In this study,comparison experiments including robotic rotary ultrasonic drilling(RRUD),robotic drilling(RD)and machine drilling(MD)are conducted.The results show that the axial cutting force of the robot drilling is significantly larger than that of the machine tool.The maximum increase of drilling CFRP and aluminum is 28.19%and 61.73%respectively.The introduction of rotary ultrasonic vibration effectively reduces axial force of robotic drilling.At spindle speed of 5000r/min,the cutting force of RRUD close to that of MD.
