摘 要:通过ABAQUS有限元软件分别对梯形、直线圆弧型和梯形双槽结构断屑槽刀具切削Ti6Al4V钛合金材料进行三维切削仿真,并分析其切削力的波动,得到断屑槽槽型在控制切屑卷曲过程中对刀具在主运动方向、进给方向和切削深度方向振动的影响。经过仿真发现,梯形、直线圆弧型和梯形双槽结构断屑槽在控制切屑卷曲的过程中对刀具振动的影响各不相同。三种槽型结构中,梯形断屑槽刀具的振动最弱,直线圆弧型断屑槽刀具的振动最强。It is emulated in 3D by ABAQUS finite element software that titanium alloy Ti6Al4V is cut by tools which have trapezoidal,linear arched and trapezoidal double groove structure chip breaking groove respectively.And the wave of cutting forces is analyzed to getting the effect of chip breaking groove type on vibration caused by chip curling.After the emulating is completed,the difference is found which is between the influences on tool vibration along the directions of main motion,feed motion and cutting depth motion caused through the process of the chip curled by trapezoidal,linear arched and trapezoidal double groove structure chip breaking groove.It is found after the emulation that the effect of trapezoidal,linear arched and trapezoidal double groove structure chip breaking groove on the vibration between different period of the process of chip curling is different.In the three groove types,the vibration of tool which have trapezoidal double groove structure chip breaking groove is the weakest,and the vibration of tool which have linear arched chip breaking groove is the strongest.
