摘  要:等距圆弧面细长轴是等距型面联接中的主要部件,为了高效率地加工等距圆弧面细长轴,设计了多轴车削工件系统,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对工件系统进行约束模态研究。利用单因素变化法研究细长轴长度、直径对系统固有频率和模态振型的影响。结果表明,工件系统的各阶固有频率随长度增加呈下降趋势,随直径增加呈上升趋势。改变工件系统的长度和直径对系统模态振型的影响不大,不同长度和直径工件的振型前8阶为一阶弯曲变形,8~16阶为二阶弯曲变形。因此,等距圆弧面细长轴多轴车削工件系统在高阶振动过程中可能发生干涉现象。The slender axis of equidistant circular arc surface is the main part of equidistant surface connection.A multi-axis turning system is designed to efficiently process the slender axis of equidistant circular arc surface.The constrained mode of the workpiece system is analyzed by ABAQUS.The influence law of the length and diameter of slender shaft on the natural frequency and mode shape of the system is studied by single factor change method.The results show that the natural frequencies of the workpiece system decrease with the increase of the length.With the increase of diameter,the natural frequencies show an upward trend.Changing the length and diameter of the workpiece system has little effect on the mode shape of the system.With different lengths and diameters,the mode shape is the first eight orders of the first bending deformation,and the eighth to sixteenth order is the second order bending deformation.Interference phenomenon may occur in the high order vibration process of multi-axis turning workpiece system with slender axis of equidistant circular arc surface.
