摘 要:以厚度为1mm的5A02异型曲面零件为研究对象,借助Dynaform有限元分析软件对拉深成型过程进行数值模拟,分析加工过程中的起皱失稳和破裂失稳现象,通过对工艺补充面的设计、坯料外形和拉深筋结构等进行优化,并据此设计了模具结构。研究结果表明,拉深筋对其拉深效果影响较大,并在易起皱区域(框形及凹陷处)设置圆角半径为6mm的凸筋,可以使减薄率减少到10%,增厚达到2%,有效抑制了褶皱及开裂共存缺陷。通过试验将上述结果应用于实际生产中,改善了零件的成型表面质量,缩短了拉深成型模具的调试周期,提高了生产效率。Taking the 5A02 special-shaped curved surface part with the thickness of 1mm as the research object,the deep drawing process is numerically simulated with the help of Dynaform finite element analysis software.The wrinkling instability and fracture instability are analyzed in the process.The die structure is designed by analyzing and optimizing the design of the process supplementary surface,the blank shape and the draw bead structure.The results show that the drawing bead has a great influence on the drawing effect.Setting the convex bead in the wrinkle prone area-frame and depression,with a fillet radius of 6mm,can reduce the thinning rate to 10%and increase the thickness to 2%,which can effectively inhibit the coexistence of wrinkles and cracks.The above results are applied to practical production through experiments to increase the forming surface quality of parts,the debugging cycle of deep drawing forming die and improve production efficiency are shortened.
