摘 要:为判断机床夹具设计中工件的定位状态,以建立工件工序需求自由度与工件定位判定自由度相统一的数学模型为目标,从零件几何精度的标注模式出发,以工件定位法线数量及其几何关系的几何定理为理论依据,分别建立工件几何精度的标注自由度模型和工件定位自由度模型,基于上述两自由度模型建立工件定位状态判别规则判断工件定位合理性。以某加工工件为实例,介绍工件标注自由度模型及定位自由度模型的建立过程和工件定位状态的判定。该方法实现了自由度从工序需求到定位判定的统一,为计算机辅助夹具设计中自由度的判定建立基础。In order to judge the positioning state of workpiece in machine tool fixture design,aiming at establishing the unified mathematical model of the workpiece freedom degree of process demand and the workpiece positioning judgment freedom degree,starting from the marking mode of part geometric accuracy,and taking the geometric theorem of workpiece positioning normal number and its geometric relationship as the theoretical basis.The marking degree of freedom model of workpiece geometric accuracy and workpiece positioning degree of freedom model are established respectively based on the above two degrees of freedom.The judgment rules of workpiece positioning state are established to judge the rationality of workpiece positioning.A machining workpiece is taken as an example,the establishment process of workpiece marking degree of freedom model and positioning degree of freedom model and the determination of workpiece positioning state are introduced.The unity of process requirements to positioning judgement freedom degrees is realized and the basis for the judgement of freedom degrees in computer with aided fixture design is established by using this method.
