摘　　要：社会治理作为一种群体行动,经常受到心理因素的影响。要提升医患关系治理中“治、转、提”的成效,就要重点考察作为认知心理基础的群体效能以及从实践中提炼出来的互动效能,重视起动机作用的认知闭合需求。医患群体效能影响群体团结和群体工作绩效;互动效能能够提升对医患内外群体规范的认知水平,降低群际焦虑的,并形成外群体自我。认知闭合需求对那些与刻板印象相关的社会认知变量均有影响,并通过冲突管理影响着领导决策,对医患个体态度和行为产生积极或消极的作用。未来提升医患群际关系的研究,需要从理论和应用两个方面展开,为医患关系治理奠定基础。As a group action,social governance is often influenced by psychological factors.To enhance the effectiveness of"cure stubborn diseases,transform work style,and improve efficiency"in doctor-patient relationship governance,it is necessary to focus on examining the group efficacy as the cognitive psychological foundation and the interactive efficacy extracted from practice,and emphasize the need for cognitive closure as a motivation.The efficacy of doctor-patient relationship affects group unity and group work performance.Interactive efficacy can enhance the cognitive level of inner or out group norms in the doctor-patient relationship,reducing the inter-group anxiety,forming an external group self conception.The need for cognitive closure has an impact on social cognitive variables related to stereotypes,affecting leadership decision-making through conflict management.The need for cognitive closure also has a positive or negative effect on individual attitudes and behaviors of doctors or patients.In the future,research on improving the doctor-patient relationship needs to be carried out from both theoretical and practical perspectives,which will lay the foundation for the governance of doctor-patient relationship.
