微信远程指导及康复护理在贲门癌介入手术后自我保健依从性及负面情绪影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨予以贲门癌介入手术后患者微信远程指导及康复护理的效果,评价对患者自我保健依从性、负面情绪的影响。方法 将80例贲门癌介入手术后患者均分成两组,分组方式为随机数字表法,组别包括实验组、对照组,均有40例。实验组接受微信远程指导及康复护理,对照组接受常规护理,对比患者自我保健依从性与负面情绪,研究时段为2020年9月—2022年9月。结果 实验组患者的实验组用药、饮食、运动、复查自我保健依从性评分较对照组高,差异具有价值(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的HAMD、HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的HAMD、HAMA评分均降低,并且实验组患者幅度更大,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理满意度为97.50%,对照组患者护理满意度为85.00%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对贲门癌介入手术后患者实施微信远程指导及康复护理的效果显著,可促进患者自我保健依从性提升,同时还可缓解负性情绪,可推广。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat remote guidance and rehabilitation nursing for patients with cardiac cancer after interventional surgery,and evaluate the impact on patients′self health compliance and negative emotions.Methods 80 patients with cardiac cancer after interventional surgery were divided into two groups,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The experimental group received WeChat remote guidance and rehabilitation care,while the control group received routine care to compare patients′self care compliance and negative emotions.The study period was from September 2020 to September 2022.Results The scores of self health care compliance in the experimental group in terms of medication,diet,exercise,and reexamination were higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups decreased,and the range of patients in the experimental group was greater,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 97.50%,while the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 85.00%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of WeChat remote guidance and rehabilitation nursing for patients with cardiac cancer after interventional surgery is significant,which can promote patients′self health compliance and alleviate negative emotions,and can be promoted.
