摘　　要：系统掌握和深度了解残疾人事业发展面临的机遇和挑战,是推动残疾人事业高质量发展的基石。以Web of Science和PubMed数据库的25108篇文献数据为基础,采用数理统计、关联规则及主题分析方法探究全球残疾人事业发展的研究前沿和热点,并探寻残疾人事业发展面临的障碍及挑战,探讨如何通过数据赋能推动残疾人事业高质量发展。为促进我国残疾人事业发展和实现共同富裕目标,亟需加强数字化建设和坚持数据赋能,并开创具有中国特色的残疾人事业发展道路。Systematically grasping and deeply understanding the opportunities and challenges facing by the disability sector is fundamental for its high-quality development.Based on 25,108 papers from the Web of Science and PubMed databases,we employed mathematical statistics,association rules,and topic analysis to explore the research frontiers and hot topics in global disability sector development,and investigated the obstacles and challenges in the development of the disability sector.Next,we discussed how to drive the high-quality development of disability cause through data empowerment.The paper argued that,it was urgent to forge a distinctive path for the development of China’s disability sector through strengthening digital construction and adhering to data empowerment,as well as forming a development mode with Chinese characteristics.
