工作-学校冲突对兼职大学生心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的考察工作—学校冲突在工作要求与大学生心理健康间的中介作用以及领导支持对这一中介过程的调节作用。方法采用工作—学校冲突问卷、工作要求量表、一般健康问卷和领导支持量表对河南省内10所高校的932名兼职大学生进行调查。结果①工作要求与工作—学校冲突、心理健康呈正相关(r=0.91、0.81,P<0.01);工作—学校冲突与心理健康呈正相关(r=0.84,P<0.01);领导支持与心理健康呈负相关(r=-0.76,P<0.01)。②工作—学校冲突完全中介工作要求对大学生心理健康的影响。③领导支持对工作—学校冲突与大学生心理健康的关系具有调节作用(β=-0.16,t=-2.39,P<0.05),而且调节了工作—学校冲突为中介过程的后半路径。结论工作—学校冲突对大学生心理健康的影响是有调节的中介效应,领导支持对大学生心理健康起到了保护作用。Objective To investigate the mediating role of work-school conflict between job demands and college students'mental health and the moderating role of supervisor support on this mediating process.Methods A sample of 932 part-time college students from 10 universities in Henan Province were surveyed with work-school conflict questionnaire(WSCQ),job demands scale(JDS),the 12-item general health questionnaire(GHQ-12)and perceived supervisor support scale(PSSS).Results①Job demands was positively associated with work-school conflict and mental health.Work-school conflict was positively associated with mental health.Supervisor support was negatively with mental health.②Work-school conflict fully mediated the effect of job demands on college students'mental health.③Supervisor support moderated the relationship between work-school conflict and mental health of college students,and moderated the second path of the mediation.Conclusion Work-school conflict on college students'mental health was moderated mediating effect.Supervisor support plays a protective role on college students'mental health.
