摘 要:目的了解认知重评团体心理辅导对改善高职生抑郁情绪的效果,为采用合理干预方法提高大学生心理健康水平提供依据。方法在河南某高职院校整群随机抽取16个教学班级共897人进行问卷筛查,最后41名存在抑郁情绪的高职生自愿参与本研究,随机分成干预组和对照组,干预组进行团体心理辅导,对2组进行多个心理量表的前测、中测及后测,并对结果进行比较分析。结果对照组与干预组干预前症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)问卷各因子得分差异均无统计学意义(t=0.23,P>0.05;t=1.01,P>0.05);干预组SCL-90、SDS量表前测、中测、后测两两相比较得分差异均存在统计学意义(F=4.17,P<0.05;F=3.2,P<0.05);对照组、干预组SCL-90、SDS前测、中测得分差异无统计学意义(t=0.23,P>0.05;t=0.02,P>0.05;t=1.01,P>0.05;t=1.43,P=0.16);对照组、干预组在SCL-90后测得分差异无统计学意义(t=1.60,P=0.94),SDS后测得分差异有统计学意义(t=2.52,P<0.05)。结论认知重评团体心理辅导对改善高职生的抑郁情绪起到显著效果。Objective In order to understand the effect of cognitive reappraisal group counseling on improving the depression of vocational college students,we provided support for the adaption of reasonable intervention methods to improve the mental health level of college students.Methods A total of 897 students from 16 teaching classes were randomly selected for questionnaire screening in a higher vocational institution in Henan,41 higher vocational students with depressive mood voluntarily participated in this study,the intervention group and the control group were randomly divided into pre-test,mid-test and post-test of several psychological scales,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in SCL-90 and SDS before intervention between the control group and the intervention group(t=0.23,P>0.05;t=1.01,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in SCL-90,SDS before,during and after intervention in the control group(F=1.44,P>0.05;F=1.68,P>0.05).The scores of SCL-90,SDS in the intervention group were significantly different before,during and after intervention except for the expression of inhibition strategy factors(F=4.17,P<0.05;F=3.2,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of pre-test and mid-test Scl-90 and SDS between the two groups(t=0.23,P>0.05;t=0.02,P>0.05;t=1.01,P>0.05;t=1.43,P=0.16).There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group after SCL-90(t=1.60,P=0.94),but there was significant difference after SDS(t=2.52,P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive reappraisal group counseling had a significant effect on improving the depression of vocational college students.
