摘 要:中煤华昱元宝湾煤业有限公司39102辅助运输顺槽掘进过程中,出现老空区与原二号井老巷贯通,对39102工作面安全生产工作造成安全隐患问题。为保障工作面安全生产工作,需要对39102辅运掘进中揭露的老巷进行支护治理。在治理前,首先需要对老巷冒空区等采用物探、钻探并结合化探的方法,确定老巷冒空区的分布范围。在此基础上,需要对老巷冒空区进行现场探查,以明确掘进巷道过老巷冒空区时的技术措施。39102辅助运输顺槽过老巷冒空段,采用了“架对棚+喷浆+注浆充填”的联合支护方案,不仅仅提高了辅助运输顺槽掘进效率,而且有效控制过小窑老空期间围岩失稳现象。During the excavation of 39102 auxiliary transportation gateway of China Coal Energy Huayu Yuanbaowan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the old empty area is connected with the old lane of the original No.2 well,which caused potential safety hazards to the safety production of 39102 working face.In order to ensure the safety production of the working face,the old roadway exposed during the excavation of the 39102 auxiliary transportation is supported and treated.Before the management of the goaf,it is necessary to use the methods of geophysical exploration,drilling and combined chemical exploration for the old lane emptying area to determine the distribution range of the old lane emptying area.On this basis,it is necessary to explore the empty area of the old lane to clarify the technical measures when the tunneling roadway crosses the old lane empty area.In the empty section of the 39102 auxiliary transportation roadway through the old lane,the joint support scheme of“frame to shed+grouting+grouting filling”is adopted,which not only improves the efficiency of the auxiliary transportation along the channel,but also effectively controls the instability of surrounding rock during the old space of the small kiln.A joint support scheme of“frame to shed+spray+grouting filling”is proposed to improve the efficiency of the auxiliary transportation along the tunnel excavation and effectively control the instability of the surrounding rock during the small kiln goaf.
