摘　　要：对于中小型矿山选厂,传统的高压辊磨超细碎技术投资成本高,且规模化效应无法实现,流程长、能耗高、运维成本高;超细碎技术瓶颈影响了中小型选厂“多碎少磨”的技术优化。针对该问题,利用惯性圆锥破碎机作为细碎工艺关键设备,开路条件下可以直接将物料由80mm粉碎至10mm,破碎比大,实现开路产品中50%物料尺寸≤5mm;对于钒钛磁铁矿,采用惯性圆锥破碎机超细碎闭路工艺,“三段闭路”可充分满足选矿超细碎的技术要求,粗粒级矿物充分解离,预选抛废指标提升20%~30%,综合破磨成本降低20%以上,大幅提升中小型选矿厂的经济指标。For small and medium-sized mining concentrators,the traditional high-pressure roller grinding ultra-fine crushing technology has high investment costs,and the scale effect cannot be achieved,with long processes,high energy consumption,and high operation and maintenance costs;the bottleneck of ultra-fine crushing technology has affected the technological optimization of“more crushing and less grinding”in small and medium-sized concentrators.To address this issue,an inertial cone crusher is used as a key equipment in the fine crushing process.Under open circuit conditions,the material can be directly crushed from 80 mm to 10 mm,with a high crushing ratio,achieving 50%material size≤5 mm in open circuit products;for vanadium titanium magnetite,the inertial cone crusher ultra-fine crushing closed circuit process is adopted,and the“three stage closed circuit”can fully meet the technical requirements of ore dressing ultra-fine crushing.Coarse grade minerals are fully dissociated,the pre selection waste index is increased by 20%-30%,and the comprehensive grinding cost is reduced by more than 20%,significantly improving the economic indicators of small and medium-sized ore dressing plants.
