摘  要:阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池(Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery,VRLA)广泛应用于通信电源系统中,是直流供电系统的重要组成部分,其安全可靠的运行极为重要。由于使用环境差,不适当的使用和维护等因素,阀控蓄电池组的实际使用寿命远不及理论寿命。通过分析阀控铅酸蓄电池失效的主要因素,针对非物理损伤部分进行了修复试验,试验结果证实配置的活化液可提升阀控铅酸蓄电池的电池有效容量,增加其作为备用电源的服务时间,提升使用寿命,增强直流系统的稳定性,增强供电可靠性,避免发生由于直流备用电源引起的供电事故。Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery(VRLA)is widely used in communication power systems and is an important component of DC power supply systems.Its safe and reliable operation is extremely important.Due to poor operating environment,improper use and maintenance,and other factors,the actual service life of valve regulated battery packs is far from the theoretical life.By analyzing the main factors leading to the failure of valve regulated lead acid batteries,repair tests are conducted on non-physical damage parts.The test results confirmed that the configured activation fluid can increase the effective capacity of valve regulated lead acid batteries,increase their service time as backup power sources,improve their service life,enhance the stability of the DC system,enhance power supply reliability,and avoid power supply accidents caused by DC backup power sources.
