金华黄氏伤科传承及临证特点述要

摘　　要：[目的]探讨金华黄氏伤科的传承状况以及临证特点。[方法]通过查阅相关文献和实地走访,对黄氏伤科的传承状况以及临证特点进行整理和总结。[结果]金华黄氏伤科的源流可追溯至清末姜少庭,20世纪中期与嘉兴罗氏伤科、宁波陆氏伤科并称为浙江省中医骨伤三大流派。该流派创始人为黄乃聪,相传三代,以家传、师授与私淑相结合的方式传承,现任主要传承人有洪时清、钱子洪和黄引红等。该流派的临证特点包括内外并治、分期论治、动静结合、筋骨并重、因时用药五个方面。[结论]金华黄氏伤科是一个传承脉络清晰、临证特点分明的中医骨伤科流派,作为金华地区有名的伤科流派,值得进一步挖掘与研究,以期丰富浙派中医的内涵。[Objective]To explore the inheritance and clinical characteristics of HUANG’s traumatology school in Jinhua.[Methods]Through literature review and field investigation,the inheritance status and clinical characteristics of HUANG’s traumatology school were sorted out and summarized.[Results]The origin and flow of HUANG’s traumatology school in Jinhua can be traced back to JIANG Shaoting in the late Qing Dynasty.In the middle of 20th century,HUANG’s traumatology school in Jinhua,LUO’s traumatology school in Jiaxing and LU’s traumatology school in Ningbo were called the three orthopedic schools of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Zhejiang Province.The founder of HUANG’s traumatology school was HUANG Naicong,and it had been passed down for 3 generations since its establishment.It is passed down by family inheritance,teaching and private education,the current main inheritors are HONG Shiqing,QIAN Zihong and HUANG Yinhong.The clinical characteristics of HUANG’s traumatology school include internal and external treatment,treatment by stages,combination of static and dynamic,emphasizing both muscles and bones,and medication according to time.[Conclusion]HUANG’s traumatology school in Jinhua is a school of TCM with clear inheritance and clinical characteristics.As a famous traumatology school in Jinhua area,it is worthy of further excavation and research,so as to enrich the connotation of Zhejiang school of TCM.
