摘　　要：[目的]通过文献计量分析与可视化分析,探索中医药与癌因性疲乏领域的发展现状、研究热点和前沿,为后续研究提供借鉴。[方法]检索2009年1月至2022年6月中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)及Web of Science核心合集(Web of Science Core Collection,WOSCC)的相关文献,进行文献计量学分析。应用CiteSpace及VOSviewer软件对相关文献进行关键词共现分析和研究机构共现分析,并绘制相关可视化图谱。[结果]共载入中文文献435篇,英文文献80篇,通过计量分析找到中医药与癌因性疲乏领域研究的高产机构、具有代表性的研究团队及具有代表性的研究者,中文文献中“化疗”“乳腺癌”是排名前2位的关键词;英文文献中,针刺是出现频次最多的关键词。[结论]本研究揭示了该领域的发展方向,研究热点“针灸”“耳穴贴压”研究会是未来的重点研究方向。[Objective]To explore the current development,hot spots and frontiers of Chinese medicine and cancer-related fatigue,and provide reference for subsequent studies.[Methods]The bibliometric analysis was conducted by searching relevant literature from January 2009 to June 2022 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC).CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were applied to analyze the keywords co-occurrence and research institution co-occurrence of related literature,and to draw relevant visualization maps.[Results]There were 435 Chinese literatures and 80 English literatures,and the high yielding institutions,representative research teams and representative researchers in the field of Chinese medicine and cancer-related fatigue were identified through the bibliometric analysis.In the Chinese literature,“chemotherapy”and“breast cancer”were the top 2 key words,and in the English literature,acupuncture was the key word with the highest frequency of occurrence.[Conclusion]The study reveals the development direction of this field,and the research hotspot of“acupuncture”and“auricular acupressure”will be the key research direction in the future.
