网络药理学视角下阅读疗法书方配伍实证研究——以中老年抑郁、焦虑和孤独心理问题为例

摘　　要：文章选取具有心理问题或倾向的中老年群体为实验对象,分析其心理问题及成因,基于网络药理学视角分析阅读疗法书方与心理问题及其成因之间的关联,发现书方的靶向性,从而更加合理地配伍书方并提升阅疗效果。实验结果表明,网络药理学视角下基于AAT选书原则的阅读疗法书方配伍疗愈效果显著,可为心理问题的阅读疗法书方配伍提供新视角,同时可为其他群体的心理问题阅读治疗提供有效书方体系与实验参考流程。The article selects middle-aged and elderly people with psychological problems or tendencies as the experimental subjects,analyzes their psychological problems and causes,and analyzes the correlation between reading therapy prescriptions and psychological problems and causes from the perspective of network pharmacology.The targeted nature of the prescriptions is discovered,so as to more reasonably match the prescriptions and improve the effectiveness of reading therapy.The experimental results show that the combination of reading therapy prescriptions based on the AAT book selection principle has significant therapeutic effects from the perspective of network pharmacology.It can provide a new perspective for the combination of reading therapy prescriptions for psychological problems,and also provide an effective book system and experimental reference process for reading therapy for other groups of psychological problems.
