摘 要:针对传统灌封粘接承力接头技术不能满足一些特殊环境或突发缆绳修复情况下对响应时间短、操作简单、快速有效连接的需求,提出了新型特制承力网套浇注粘接快速承力接头技术。该技术采用大拉力柔性缆专用特制芳纶网套与承力金属件浇注粘接结构相结合的快速承力接头。通过理论分析和实际试验验证,表明该技术制作的快速承力接头结构合理,具有抗拉性能好、操作简单、连接时间短、连接可靠等特点,解决了特殊环境下大拉力(≥100 kN)柔性缆快接快用的工程难题。Aiming at the traditional potting adhesive load-bearing joint technology that cannot meet the requirements of short response time,simple operation,and fast and effective connection in some special environments or sudden cable repair situations,a new type of pouring adhesive quick load-bearing joint technology with special loadbearing net is proposed.This technology uses a quick load-bearing joint that combines a special aramid net for hightensile flexible cables with a pouring adhesive structure for load-bearing metal part.Through theoretical analysis and practical test verification,it is shown that the quick load-bearing joint structure made by this technology is reasonable,and has the characteristics of good tensile performance,simple operation,short connection time,and reliable connection.This technology solves the engineering problem of fast connection and quick use of flexible cables with high-tensile force(≥100 kN)in special environments.
