摘  要:电压等级的提升有利于海上风电场造价的降低,35 kV电压等级逐渐成为海上风电场的主流设计,与之配套的35 kV风能电缆也已进入试用阶段。通过优化导体结构,设计马鞍形填充条,选用耐寒乙丙橡胶绝缘料和耐寒耐霉菌氯化聚乙烯护套料,成功提高了耐寒耐扭转35 kV风能软电缆的低温耐扭转性能,确保该电缆的低温扭转性能符合标准GB/T 33606—2017和2 pfG 2630/06.17要求,通过-40℃、5000次低温扭转测试。The improvement of the voltage level is conducive to the reduction of the cost of offshore wind farms.The 35 kV voltage level has gradually become the mainstream design of offshore wind farms,and the 35 kV wind power cable supporting it has also entered the trial stage.By optimizing the conductor structure,designing saddleshaped filler strip,selecting cold resistant EPR insulating material and cold resistant and mold resistant chlorinated polyethylene sheathing material,the low temperature torsion resistance of 35 kV wind power flexible cable with cold resistant and torsion resistant has been successfully improved,ensuring that the low temperature torsion performance of the cable meets the requirements of GB/T 33606-2017 and 2 pfG 2630/06.17,and passing-40℃and 5000 times of low temperature torsion test.
