摘　　要：澳洲交通信号综合应用电缆的研制不仅可满足澳洲道路交通项目建设需求,而且可使我国电缆进一步进入澳洲及国际电缆市场。根据该电缆的使用要求以及澳洲标准AS/NZS 2276.1:2004要求,进行了电缆结构设计、材料选型、工艺优化、试验验证。通过合理的结构整合和优化调整以及工艺难题的解决,使该电缆集电能传输、调节控制、设备连接等功能为一体,结构紧凑易于安装敷设,同时具有环保、阻燃、柔性、安全等特点,并且提升了电缆的耐温等级、耐老化和耐候等性能,进一步延长了电缆的使用周期。The development of Australian traffic signal integrated application cable can not only meet the construction requirements of Australian road traffic projects,but also enable China's cable to further enter the Australian and international cable market.According to the use requirements of the cable and the requirements of the Australian standard AS/NZS 2276.1:2004,the cable structure design,material selection,process optimization and test verification have been carried out.Through reasonable structural integration,optimization and adjustment,as well as the solution of technological problems,the cable integrates the functions of power transmission,regulation control,equipment connection and others.The cable is compact and easy to install and lay,and has the characteristics of environmental protection,flame retardance,flexibility and safety.The cable also improves the temperature resistance,aging resistance and weather resistance,and further extends the service life of the cable.
