摘　　要：展开1600 mm^(2)大规格A类阻燃中压电缆的研制不仅可提高产品的电气安全性,更有助于新型电力系统下大容量配网建设的实现。针对电缆导体截面大、自重重的特点,通过深入研究电缆的阻燃结构设计、阻燃材料选型、绝缘偏心度控制等关键技术,成功研制了1600 mm^(2)单芯无铠装A类阻燃中压电缆。经检测,该电缆机械物理、电气、无卤低烟、阻燃等各项性能满足标准GB/T 12706.3-2020和GB/T 19666-2019,绝缘偏心度6%,成束电缆燃烧试验(A类)炭化高度1.1 m。该电缆的研制过程和相关阻燃性能研究及验证可为业界开发该类产品提供参考。The development of 1600 mm^(2)large specification MV cable with Class A flame retardance can not only improve the electrical safety of the product,but also contribute to the realization of large-capacity distribution network construction under the new power system.In view of the characteristics of large cross-section conductor and heavy weight cable,through in-depth study of the key technologies of the cable's flame retardant structure design,flame retardant material selection,insulation eccentricity control,etc.,the 1600 mm^(2)single-core unarmored MV cable with Class A flame retardance has been successfully developed.According to the test,the mechanical and physical,electrical,halogen-free low smoke,flame retardant and other properties of the cable meet the standards GB/T 12706.3-2020 and GB/T 19666-2019,the insulation eccentricity is 6%,and the carbonization height of bunched cable combustion test(Class A)is 1.1 m.The development process and related research and verification of the flame retardance of the cable can provide reference for the industry to develop such products.
