摘 要:高精度传像束可提高其与相机或透镜阵列之间的耦合精度,满足集成光学成像、光学器件及探测系统等领域的应用要求。为此提出了采用V型槽法制备高定位精度光纤传像束面阵。该方法首先将高精度V型槽嵌入排丝工装中,利用排丝机的张力牵引光纤来进行排丝,V型槽能够保证光纤横向定位精度和纵向定位精度,而后将由V型槽法排丝获得的光纤片进行叠片排列,制备出高定位精度光纤传像束面阵。采用计算机辅助电荷耦合器件(CCD)成像测量系统对传像束面阵光纤定位精度指标进行了测试、计算和分析,结果表明单根光纤的定位精度不超过4μm。该项工作为高精度传像束面阵的制备奠定了基础。The high precision imaging bundles can improve the coupling accuracy between it and camera or lens array,and meet the application requirements of integrated optical imaging,optical devices and detection systems.For this reason,the V-groove method is proposed to prepare the fiber imaging bundles surface array with high positioning accuracy.In this method,firstly,the high precision V-groove is embedded into the fiber arrangement tooling,and the tension of the fiber arrangement machine is used to pull the fiber for fiber arrangement.The V-groove can ensure the transverse and longitudinal positioning accuracy of the fiber.Then the fiber pieces obtained by the V-groove method are stacked and arranged to prepare the fiber imaging bundles surface array with high positioning accuracy.The positioning accuracy index of imaging bundles surface array fiber is tested,calculated and analyzed by using the computer-aided CCD imaging measurement system.The results show that the positioning accuracy of a single optical fiber is not more than 4μm.This work has laid the foundation for the preparation of high precision imaging bundles surfacearray.
