摘　　要：开放楔形胫骨高位截骨术(open wedge high tibial osteotomy,OWHTO)是治疗相对年轻患者伴有内翻畸形的内侧单间室骨关节炎的可靠选择,但截骨间隙仍存在骨不连、塌陷和失去矫正的风险。各种骨移植物已被用作填充截骨间隙,但还没有一种理想的骨移植物。本文将介绍在OWHTO中各种可用的骨移植物的研究,以便在每种特定的临床情况下进行适当的选择。Open wedge high tibial osteotomy(OWHTO)is a reliable option for the treatment of medial unicompartmental osteoarthritis with varus deformity in relatively younger patients,but there is still the risk of nonunion,collapse and loss of correction in the osteotomy space.Various bone grafts have been used to fill the osteotomy gap,however,the ideal bone graft remains to be looked for.This article pres-ents various bone grafts available for OWHTO in order to make the appropriate selection in each specific clinical situation.
