基于表单化闭环模式在医疗机构麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理中的建立与应用

摘　　要：目的构建基于表单化管理的医疗机构麻醉药品和第一类精神药品闭环管理模式,加强药品管理,防止流弊事件发生。方法根据国家法规要求及溯源管理要素,结合医院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理流程,构建相关管理表单,检验应用表单管理模式后的效果。结果运用该管理模式后,空安瓿和废贴回收率达100%,溯源检查及余液处理登记检查合格率均达到100%,无不良事件发生。结论表单化闭环管理模式可有效提高医疗机构麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理严谨性和安全性,防止流弊事件的发生。Objective To establish a closed-loop mode of management of anesthetic drugs and classⅠpsychotropic substances in health care institutions based on forms to exercise rigorous control over pharmaceuticals and prevent malpractices.Methods Based on related laws and regulations and traceability management elements,corresponding management forms were designed according to the management process of anesthetic drugs and classⅠpsychotropic substances in our hospital before the effect was assessed.Results After the adoption of this management mode,the recycling rate of empty ampoules and waste stickers reached 100%,so did the passing rate of traceability inspection and residual liquid disposal registration inspection,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion The form-based closed-loop management mode can effectively help make the usage of anesthetic drugs and classⅠpsychotropic substances more standard and safer in medical institutions and prevent malpractices.
