摘 要:目的比较伏立康唑和两性霉素B对曲霉菌的抗菌活性以及量效关系。方法根据美国临床实验室标准化协会M38-A活化黑曲霉和土曲霉菌株并制备菌液,做伏立康唑和两性霉素B在体外对黑曲霉和土曲霉最低抑菌浓度测试,进行量效关系实验、统计分析。结果在受试曲霉菌株中,伏立康唑对土曲霉的最低抑菌浓度为0.49μg·ml-1,两性霉素B对土曲霉的最低抑菌浓度为7.8μg·ml-1。量效关系结果显示,在测试的48h内,伏立康唑对土曲霉呈现强的抑制作用。结论伏立康唑对黑曲霉和土曲霉呈现较好抗菌效能,两性霉素B对土曲霉显现出较低的抗菌效能。Objective To compare the antifungal activity of voriconazole and Amphotericin B against Aspergillus spp,and study their dose-effect relationship.Methods Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus terreus strains were activated,whose fungal liquid was prepared according to Clinical Laboratory Standards M38-A.The minimum inhibitory concentrations of voriconazole and Amphotericin B against the above fungal strains were tested in vitro.The results of statistical analysis were also compared.Results The results showed that the MIC value of voriconazole against Aspergillus terreus was 0.49μg·ml-1 while the MIC value of Amphotericin B was 7.8μg·ml-1.In addition,the study on dose-effect relationship of antifungal activity revealed that voriconazole could inhibit the growth of Aspergillus terreus in 48 hours.Conclusion Voriconazole exhibits a good antifungal activity on Aspergillus spp.,while Amphotericin B is insensitive to Aspergillus terreus.
