摘　　要：单核细胞是多种出血热病毒感染的重要靶细胞,在病毒性出血热(VHF)发病过程中产生多种细胞因子,参与抗病毒免疫应答和免疫病理损伤。在多种VHF发病过程中(发病早期),单核细胞计数、亚群分布、表面功能分子表达出现变化,整体呈现激活表型;多种出血热病毒可感染单核细胞并引起免疫反应,可能在免疫病理损伤中起重要作用;同时,单核细胞及其产生的细胞因子等可与血小板、血管内皮细胞等相互作用,推动疾病进展。Monocytes are important target cells of various hemorrhagic fever viruses.In viral hemorrhagic fevers(VHFs),monocytes can be infected by viruses and produce different kinds of cytokines,which contribute to the antiviral immune response and participation in the immunopathogenesis of VHFs.During the pathogenesis of various VHFs(early stage),monocytes change in cell counting,subpopulation distribution and expression of surface molecules with an activated phenotype.Several hemorrhagic fever viruses can infect monocytes and induce immune response,which may play an important role in immunopathological injury.Monocytes and the cytokines they produce may interact with platelets and vascular endothelial cells,contributing to disease progression.
