摘 要:油井正常生产时,原油从井底向上运动,当温度和压力降低到一定程度时,原油中溶解的蜡开始析出,并逐渐富集在油管壁和抽油杆上,导致油井不能正常生产。基于此,对油井结蜡部位及洗井热量分布进行研究分析,提出合理的清蜡制度和清蜡方式,保障油井正常平稳生产,具有推广和借鉴意义。When the oil well is in normal production,the crude oil moves upward from the bottom of the well.When the temperature and pressure are reduced to a certain extent,the dissolved wax in the crude oil begins to precipitate and gradually accumulate on the wall of the oil pipe and the rod,resulting in the normal production of the oil well.In this paper,the paraffi n formation position and heat distribution of well washing are studied and analyzed,and a reasonable paraffi n removal system and method are put forward to ensure the normal and stable production of oil well.
