摘 要:在未采用护巷支架的情形下,提出采用密集挡矸工字钢+锚网索喷联合支护和密集挡矸工字钢+柔模混凝土两种方式,成功实现急倾斜、大采高、中厚煤层条件下沿空留巷,成功实现区段煤柱完全回收。采用预裂爆破+铺缓冲层+反崩支柱+钢梁斜撑+整体连接等方式,成功阻挡采煤工作面初次来压和周期来压期间顶板垮落矸石冲击,实现沿空留巷巷道稳定。实施沿空留巷后,合理开发煤炭资源,最大限度回收资源,避免煤体损失,实现高采出率,降低掘进率,上区段机巷通过实施沿空留巷技术后作为下区段风巷,大大减少巷道掘进工程量。In the case of not using roadway support,it is pointed out to adopt two methods of dense gangue retaining I-steel+anchor mesh cable shotcrete combined support and dense gangue retaining I-steel+flexible formwork concrete to successfully realize gob side entry retaining under the conditions of steep,high mining height and medium thick coal seams,and successfully realize the complete recovery of sectional coal pillars.The presplitting blasting+cushion layer+anti collapse pillar+steel beam diagonal bracing+integral connection and other methods are adopted to successfully prevent the impact of roof collapse gangue during the initial and periodic weighting of the working face,so as to achieve the stability of gob side entry.After the gob side entry retaining technology is implemented,the coal resources shall be reasonably developed,the resources shall be recovered to the maximum extent,the loss of coal body shall be avoided,the high recovery rate shall be achieved,and the tunneling rate shall be reduced.The upper section machine roadway shall be used as the lower section air roadway after the gob side entry retaining technology is implemented,which greatly reduces the amount of roadway excavation work.
