摘　　要：为了保证能够正确编制设计出一些更为具体实际、可行合理的投标策划方案及报价,投标人需要了解及掌握科学合理的报价策略,在短期内获得相对较高的竞争评分,从而获得中标机会,为企业的投标争取出较大比例的市场利润空间。工程投标报价的合理编制是一个工程盈亏的重要前提,为争取更大的利润空间作铺垫。基于此,通过调研、分析,结合具体工作案例,提出报价策略,通过不平衡报价、对风险的预控及增加建议方案等,研究投标人在参加投标采购工作全过程中的报价方法技巧与策略,达到对工程投标报价的策略优化。以便在后续投标工作中,为同类工程提供指导和借鉴。In order to ensure the correct preparation and design of more specific,practical,feasible and reasonable bidding planning plans and quotations,bidders need to understand and master scientifi c and reasonable pricing strategies,obtain relatively high competitive scores in the short term,and thus obtain the opportunity to win the bid,and extract a large proportion of market profi t space for the enterprises bidding competition.The reasonable preparation of engineering bidding quotation is an important prerequisite for engineering profit and loss,laying the foundation for striving for greater profi t space.Based on this,through research and analysis,combined with specifi c work cases,a pricing strategy is proposed.Through imbalanced pricing,risk pre control,and adding suggestions,the bidders pricing methods skills and strategies throughout the bidding and procurement work are studied to achieve strategic optimization of engineering bidding quotation.In order to provide guidance and reference for similar projects in subsequent bidding work.
