摘　　要：国内高层住宅小区越来越多,而部分小区管理单位的消防安全管理能力并不能满足当下高层小区的消防需求,这意味着一些高层小区的消防安全和整治工作存在不足,容易引发消防安全问题,威胁居民的生命财产安全。因此,针对高层小区消防现状和整治对策展开研究和分析,目的是提高高层小区居民的消防安全意识,改善小区消防现状,提高消防整治效率。There are more and more high-rise residential quarters in our country,and the fire safety management capabilities of some community management units cannot meet the current fire protection needs of highrise residential quarters.This means that fire safety and remediation work in some high-rise residential quarters is insufficient,which can easily lead to fire safety problems and threaten the safety of residents'lives and property.Therefore,research and analysis are carried out on the current situation of fire protection and remediation countermeasures in high-rise communities,with the aim of improving the fire safety awareness of residents in high-rise communities,improving the current situation of fire protection in communities,and improving the efficiency of fire control.
