摘　　要：近年来,金属面夹芯板(俗称夹芯彩钢板)因安装简捷方便、施工周期短、综合成本低等特点,广泛应用于厂房、仓库、超市、冷库、医院、养老院、洁净车间以及沿街门店、居民家庭等生产、经营、仓储、住宿场所,但金属面夹芯板的结构完整性、耐火阻燃性等安全性能相对较低,在发生火灾等情况时,会加速火势蔓延和建筑坍塌,且施援难度大,极易造成人员伤亡,严重威胁人民群众的生命财产安全。现结合多年来的一线调研、具体实践和有关火灾事故案例,就加强金属面夹芯板消防安全提出针对性的对策建议。In recent years,metal faced sandwich panels(commonly known as sandwich color steel plates)have been widely used in factories,warehouses,supermarkets,cold storage,hospitals,nursing homes,clean workshops,as well as production,operation,storage,and accommodation places along the street and residential households due to their simple and convenient installation,short construction period,and low comprehensive cost.However,the structural integrity,fire resistance,and flame retardancy of metal faced sandwich panels are relatively low,In the event of a fire or other situation,it will accelerate the spread of the fire and the collapse of buildings,and the difficulty of providing assistance is high,which can easily cause casualties and seriously threaten the safety of people's lives and property.Based on years of frontline research,specific practices,and relevant fire accident cases,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to strengthen the fire safety of metal faced sandwich panels.
