摘　　要：在分析宾馆饭店行业面临的消防安全挑战的基础上,对其消防安全培训与应急演练的重要性、设计与实施、效果评估方法等做了详细研究,以期为宾馆饭店行业的消防安全管理工作提供一定参考。On the basis of analyzing the fire safety challenges faced by the hotel and restaurant industry,the importance of fire safety training and emergency drills,their design and implementation,and the method of effect evaluation are studied in detail,with a view to providing certain reference for the fire safety management of the hotel and restaurant industry.
