摘 要:珠海市洪鹤大桥主航道桥为主跨500 m的双塔双索面叠合梁斜拉桥,采用平行镀锌钢绞线斜拉索。斜拉索采用单根钢绞线安装、单根张拉、整体调索的施工工艺,并与预制桥面板同步安装。为避免同步施工对平行钢绞线斜拉索索力控制产生不利影响,本文采用智能张拉系统动态监测索力,控制平行钢绞线斜拉索索力的均匀性,并通过现场实测索力进行验证。结果表明:在斜拉索、预制桥面板同步安装过程中,采用智能张拉系统动态监测索力的方法能有效控制平行钢绞线斜拉索索力的均匀性。本文成果可为类似工程施工提供一定的借鉴。The main channel bridge of Zhuhai Honghe bridge is a double-tower double-cable-faced superimposed beam stay bridge with a main span of 500 m,and adopts parallel galvanized steel strand stay cable.The stay cable adopts the construction process of single steel strand installation,single tension and integral cable adjustment,and is installed synchronously with the prefabricated bridge deck.In order to avoid the adverse impact of synchronous construction on the control of stay cable force of parallel strand,an intelligent tension system is used to dynamically monitor the cable force to control the uniformity of stay cable force of parallel strand,and verify it by measuring the cable force on site.The results show that during the synchronous installation of stay cable and prefabricated bridge deck,the method of dynamic monitoring of cable force by intelligent tension system can effectively control the uniformity of stay cable force of parallel steel strand.The results can provide a certain reference for similar engineering construction.
