摘　　要：After a long hiatus,Global Times ran an article on July 23 asserting that tourism packages to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea were avail-able via Young Pioneer Tours(YPT).The article was quick to point out that,according to the manager of YPT,the border was in fact not yet open and the tour packages listed were simply in preparation for when that day arrives.The company aims to be fully prepared to resume operations as soon as this particular border reopens.
