摘　　要：小型甜菜打叶机(TDJ-2)作业一膜两垄.机器由六部分组成:机架、轴座等支撑连接部分;打叶、切顶部分;动力输入、输出部分;齿轮箱换向器、万向联轴器、链轮、链条、皮带轮、皮带等传动和连接部分;整机高度调节部分;机器保护部分.整机由30马力以上四轮车牵引,整机尺寸小,结构简单,整机密封好,检修方便,适应中小地块作业.A small sugar beet leaf whipper operates on two rows of plants with rows covered with long strips of plastic film.The machine consists of six parts:a frame,a bearing pedestal,and other supporting and connecting parts;Leaf whipping and top cutting parts;Power input and output parts;Gearbox commutator,universal coupling,sprocket,chain,pulley,belt and other transmission and connection parts;Height adjustment part of the entire machine;Machine protection part.The entire machine is towed by a four wheeled vehicle with a power output of over 30 horsepower.It has a small size,simple structure,good sealing,and convenient maintenance,suitable for small and medium-area land operations.
