摘  要:碳点因其优异的性能在缓蚀剂开发领域具有巨大的应用潜力。本研究以柠檬酸铵为原料,在180℃热解不同时间(1 h、1.5 h、2 h),合成具有不同形貌结构的氮掺杂碳点(N-CDs),分析了碳点制备条件对其作为Q235碳钢缓蚀剂的性能影响规律。采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱,结合表面分析技术,说明了N-CDs的缓蚀机理。结果表明,当热解时间为1.5 h时,N-CDs的缓蚀效率最高,200 mg/L N-CDs1.5在1 M HCl溶液中的缓蚀效率达到91.6%。N-CDs作为混合型缓蚀剂能够减缓碳钢的阳极和阴极腐蚀反应,通过物理、化学吸附形成保护膜,并且提高了金属表面的疏水性,从而有效抑制了碳钢的腐蚀萌生与发展。本研究为发展高效、绿色的新型缓蚀剂提供了新的思路。Carbon dots(CDs)can be used as corrosion inhibitors due to their fascinating properties.In this study,nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs)with different morphologies and structures are synthesized using ammonium citrate as the raw material,and the N-CDs are prepared by pyrolysis method at 180℃for different time(1 h,1.5 h and 2 h).N-CDs with different morphologies are synthesized and the effect of the preparation conditions on their performances as corrosion inhibitors for Q235 carbon steel is analyzed.The corrosion inhibition mechanism of N-CDs is studied by using polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and surface analysis techniques.When the pyrolysis time is 1.5 h,the inhibition efficiency(IE)of N-CDs reaches the highest,and the IE of 200 mg/L N-CDs1.5 in 1 M HCl solution reaches 91.6%.As a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor,N-CDs could effectively inhibit the anode and cathode corrosion reactions of carbon steel,forming a protective film via physical and chemical adsorption,and also improve the hydrophobicity of the metal surface.In this way,the corrosion initiation and development are effectively inhibited.This study provides new ideas for the development of efficient and green corrosion inhibitors.
