摘 要:随着新型电力系统的发展,大规模储能在电力系统经济调度中所发挥的作用日渐增大,储能寿命作为储能运行的关键指标,其衰减特性将对电力系统经济调度产生显著影响。传统电力系统中针对储能寿命多采用与某一可测电气量的解析函数形式进行建模,并未考虑储能复杂的运行工况,导致其估算精度低,已不适用于新型电力系统。为此,该文提出一种精准计及大规模储能电池寿命的电力系统经济调度方法。首先,为论证储能寿命对经济调度结果产生的显著影响,基于多参数规划理论,提出经济调度结果与储能寿命的关联性分析方法,以储能寿命为规划参数,将经济调度结果表征为储能寿命的分段解析函数,从理论上说明储能寿命变化对经济调度结果存在的显著影响。进一步,为保证新型电力系统调度结果的准确性,提出基于深度神经网络的大规模储能电池寿命估算方法,实现储能电池寿命的精确估算。在此基础上,提出精准计及大规模储能电池寿命的电力系统经济调度方法,保障含大规模储能电池的电力系统经济调度结果的有效性。最后,选取IEEE-30、IEEE-118节点系统以及国内某省实际电力系统作为算例系统进行分析,验证所提方法的有效性与实用性。With the development of new power system,large-scale energy storage becomes increasingly important in the economic dispatching of power system.As the key index of energy storage operation,the attenuation characteristics of energy storage life will have a significant impact on the economic dispatching of power system.In the traditional power system,the energy storage life is mostly modeled in the form of analytical function with a measurable electrical quantity,but the complex operating conditions of energy storage are not considered,resulting in low estimation accuracy,which is not suitable for new power system.Therefore,this paper proposes an economic dispatching method,which accurately considers the life of large-scale energy storage batteries.First,for demonstrating the significant impact of energy storage life on economic dispatching results,based on the multi-parameter programming theory,a correlation analysis method between economic dispatching results and energy storage life is proposed.Taking energy storage life as the planning parameter,the economic dispatching results are characterized as a piecewise function of energy storage life,which theoretically explains the significant impact of the change of energy storage life on economic dispatching results.Furthermore,for ensuring the accuracy of the dispatching results of new power system,a life estimation method of large-scale energy storage battery based on deep neural network is proposed,which realizes the accurate estimation of energy storage battery life.On this basis,an economic dispatching method is proposed,which accurately considers the life of large-scale energy storage batteries,and ensures the effectiveness of the economic dispatching results of power system with large-scale energy storage batteries.Finally,IEEE-30,IEEE-118 bus systems and the actual power system of a province in China are selected as examples to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
