摘 要:提出一种采用紧凑设计方法的变压器集成滤波装置,并基于该滤波装置构建新型12脉波供电系统,该新型供电系统具备电气装备高集成度和高质高效供电的显著特点,适合于船舶电力推进系统或城市轨道牵引供电系统等设备安装空间受限和对电能质量有较高要求的场合。首先,介绍电抗集成型感应滤波变压器及其构建的供电系统,建立简化电路模型,揭示该装置的滤波机制和阻抗约束条件;其次,兼顾绕组阻抗约束和变压器尺寸优化,在近似零阻抗范围内搜寻,并确定变压器最小径向尺寸;然后,通过分析集成电抗感值计算方法,给出其感值分布区间;最后,试制滤波装置样机,实验测试说明理论分析的可行性和有效性。This paper proposes a transformer integrated filtering device with compact design method,and the 12-pluse power supply system was built based on the filtering device.The proposed transformer integrated filtering device is featured with harmonic-free/high-efficiency power supply and high integration of power equipment.The proposal is especially suitable for the application with high requirements of power quality and installation space,e.g.,shipboard electric propulsion system or urban rail traction power supply system.The transformer and system topology were introduced first,and the filtering principle is then analyzed based on the simplified circuit model.Taking into account both of the winding impedance matching and transformer size optimization,minimum radial dimension is searched and determined in the interval of approximative zero-impedance.Moreover,the inductance calculation method of integrated reactor together with its design domain is further given out.At last,the prototype is tested in laboratory.The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposal.
