摘 要:为提高直流限流熔断器结构优化设计效率,针对直流熔断器半经验燃弧模型仿真误差较大的问题,该文基于局部热力学平衡方程,通过完善介质吸能过程参数,对熔断器半经验燃弧模型进行优化。在此基础上,提出一种直流熔断器电弧电导率曲线的拟合方法,并设计熔断器分断试验进行试验验证。结果表明:熔断器电弧电导率与电弧功率密度具有一定的映射关系,模型在相近工况下,采用相同工艺制作的熔断器改变熔体结构时,仿真预期燃弧特性与试验结果一致性优良,电弧电压仿真计算精度有较明显提高。该方法及相关结论可用于在一定范围内指导熔断器的熔体结构设计及对熔断器燃弧过程中电弧特性进行研究,可有效提高燃弧模型仿真计算的准确性,减少熔断器设计中试制和试验次数。In order to improve the efficiency of structural optimization design of DC current limiting fuse,aiming at the problem of large simulation error of semi-empirical arcing model of DC fuse,this paper optimizes the semi-empirical arcing model of DC fuse based on local thermodynamic equilibrium equation and by improving the parameters of dielectric energy absorption process.On this basis,a fitting method of arc conductivity curve of DC fuse is proposed,and the fuse breaking test is designed for verification.The results show that the arc conductivity of the fuse has a certain mapping relationship with the arc power density.When the fuse made by the same process is used to change the melt structure under similar working conditions,the simulated expected arc characteristics are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the simulation calculation accuracy of arc voltage is obviously improved.This method and related conclusions can be used to guide the design of fuse melt structure and study the arc characteristics in the process of fuse arcing in a certain range,which can effectively improve the accuracy of simulation calculation of arcing model and reduce the trial-manufacture and test times in fuse design.
