摘  要:西方发达国家企业工会对员工工资福利的影响渠道主要为垄断面孔和集体发声,中国企业工会影响员工工资福利的途径主要为集体代言和党政关注。本文在对中外企业工会影响员工工资福利的理论机制进行比较分析的基础上,进一步从工会组建方式和工会主席身份两个层面探索工会内部结构因素对员工工资福利的影响机制,从而为企业工会的作用研究提供重要理论支撑。The influence channels of western developed countries’trade unions on employees’wages and benefits are mainly monopoly faces and collective voice,while the channels of Chinese trade unions’influence on employees’wages and benefits are mainly collective endorsement and party and government attention.In addition,the internal structural factors of trade unions will also have an important impact on employees’wages and benefits.Based on the comparative analysis of the theoretical mechanism of the impact of trade unions on employees’wages and benefits between China and foreign countries,this paper further explores the influence mechanism of internal structural factors of trade unions on employees’wages and benefits from two aspects of the way of establishing trade unions and the identity of trade union chairman,to provide important theoretical support for the study of the role of trade unions.
