决明子炮炙前后对菊楂决明饮有效成分及泻下作用的影响

摘　　要：目的探究决明子炮炙前后对菊楂决明饮有效成分及泻下作用的影响。方法以大黄酚、橙黄决明素含量为评价指标,比较方剂在使用生决明及不同炮制工艺炒决明时菊楂决明饮中有效成分溶出的影响;采用复方地芬诺酯便秘模型,比较使用生决明及炒决明子制备的菊楂决明饮泻下作用的差异。结果炒决明组中大黄酚和橙黄决明素含量明显高于生品;生决明组小鼠排便时间早于炒决明组、排便量多于炒决明组,210℃炒制决明组小鼠排便量最少。结论菊楂决明饮具有泻下作用,以生决明组方比炒决明子组方泻下作用更强;高温炒制决明子可减弱菊楂决明饮的泻下作用,并提高大黄酚与橙黄决明素等有效成分的含量,表明在临床应用过程中可依据不同需要选用不同炮制规格的决明子制备菊楂决明饮。Objective To explore the effects of processing of Cassiae Semen on active components and purgative effect of Juzha Jueming Decoction.Methods The contents of chrysophanol and aurantio-obtusin of Juzha Jueming Decoction were used as indexes,which could be used to compare the dissolution of active components in raw and fried Cassiae Semen processed by different processing techniques.The laxative effect of Juzha Jueming Decoction prepared with raw and fried Cassiae Semen was valued with the constipation model induced by compound diphenoxylate.Results The fried Cassiae Semen group were significantly higher in the contents of chrysophanol and aurantio-obtusin in Juzha Jueming Decoction than the raw Cassiae Semen group.The defecation time of mice in the raw Cassiae Semen group was obviously earlier than that in the fried Cassiae Semen group and the mice in the fried Cassiae Semen at 210℃group had the least amount of bowel movement.Conclusion Juzha Jueming Decoction has cathartic effect,which is stronger in the raw Cassiae Semen group than that in the fried Cassiae Semen group.Furthermore,the higher frying temperature is harmful to the cathartic effect.The contents of chrysophanol and aurantio-obtusin increased after Cassiae Semen was fried,which indicated that different frying temperature of Cassiae Semen could be selected according to clinical needs.
