摘　　要：目的:探讨血清白介素-21(IL-21)、IL-35、骨桥蛋白(OPN)水平与慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝功能、病毒载量(HBV-DNA)的关系。方法:选取94例CHB患者为观察组,94例HBV携带者为对照组。分析IL-21、OPN、IL-35水平与肝功能、HBV-DNA的相关性。结果:观察组ALT、AST、TBIL、HBV-DNA、IL-21、OPN水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-35水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。IL-21、OPN、IL-35水平与ALT、AST、TBIL、HBV-DNA均相关(P<0.001)。结论:血清IL-21、OPN、IL-35与CHB患者肝功能及HBV-DNA均有关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum interleukin-21(IL-21),IL-35,osteopontin(OPN)and liver function,HBV-DNA with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:94 CHB patients were selected as the observation group,and 94 HBV carriers were selected as the control group.Analyze the relationship between IL-21,OPN,IL-35,liver function,and HBV-DNA.Results:The ALT,AST,TBIL,HBV-DNA,IL-21,and OPN levels in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),IL-35 levels was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).IL-21,OPN,IL-35 were all related with ALT,AST,TBIL and HBV-DNA(P<0.001).Conclusion:IL-21,OPN,and IL-35 were related to liver function and HBV-DNA in CHB patients.
