摘　　要：目的:探究呼吸肌锻炼联合雾化吸入对胸腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取100例胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者随机分为两组。探究两组各项指标差异。结果:观察组患者肺部炎症发生率低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后7d时,两组患者MVV、FEV1、FVC、PaO_(2)水平与术前1d相比均下降,但观察组MVV、FEV1、FVC、PaO_(2)高于对照组,两组患者PaCO_(2)与术前1d相比均上升,但观察组PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:手术前后呼吸肌锻炼联合简易喷雾器雾化吸入对胸腔镜手术患者有利于提升肺部炎症预防及促排痰效果,且对患者肺功能及血气指标影响更小。Objective:To explore theapplication effect of breathing muscle exercise combined with aerosol inhalation on patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:100 patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The differences in various indicators were explored in both groups.Results:The incidence rate of lung inflammation of patients in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after surgery,the MVV,FEV1,FVC,and PaO_(2) in the two groups were all decreased compared with those at 1 d before surgery,but the MVV,FEV1,FVC,and PaO_(2) in observation group were higher compared with those in control group,and the PaCO_(2) of the two groups of patients was increased compared with that at 1 d before surgery,but the PaCO_(2) was lower in observation group compared to control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Breathing muscle exercise before and after surgery combined with aerosol inhalation with simple sprayer is beneficial to improving the prevention of lung inflammation and the effect of promoting expectoration in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery,and has a smaller impact on lung function and blood gas indicators of patients.
