摘　　要：目的:探讨老年冠心病患者PCI术后MORSE评分、ADL评分与衰弱的相关性。方法:选取99例行PCI术的老年冠心病患者,分为衰弱组和非衰弱组,比较相关指标差异。结果:衰弱组手术时间、住院时间均短于非衰弱组(P<0.05);术中失血量、术后入ICU率及并发症发生率均低于非衰弱组(P<0.05)。术后14d,非衰弱组LVEDD和LVESD低于衰弱组(P<0.05),LVEF高于衰弱组(P<0.05)。术后,衰弱组MORSE评分和ADL评分均高于非衰弱组(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者PCI术后,衰弱患者MORSE评分和ADL评分均高于非衰弱组。Objective:To explore the correlation between MORSE score,ADL score,and frailty in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:99 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI were selected and divided into a frail group and a non frail group,and compare the differences in relevant indicators.Results:The surgery time and hospital stay in the frail group were shorter than those in the non frail group(P<0.05);The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative ICU admission rate,and incidence of complications were lower than those in the non frail group(P<0.05).14 days after surgery,LVEDD and LVESD in the non frail group were lower than those in the frail group(P<0.05),while LVEF was higher than those in the frail group(P<0.05).After surgery,the MORSE score and ADL score in the frail group were higher than those in the non frail group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The MORSE score and ADL score of frail patients were higher than those of the non frail group after PCI.
