摘  要:目的:探讨在产前胎儿颜面部畸形诊断中应用二维联合三维超声检查的临床价值。方法:采用二维、三维超声检查高危孕中期孕妇胎儿颜面部畸形情况,分析两种方法单一或联合对胎儿颜面部畸形的诊断价值。结果:86例疑似胎儿颜面部畸形的高危孕中期孕妇中确诊为胎儿颜面部畸形26例;两种超声联合检查对胎儿颜面部畸形的的诊断价值高于单一检查(P<0.05)。结论:二维、三维超声联合诊断产前胎儿颜面部畸形的价值较高,并有助于对胎儿面部畸形的类型进行准确的判断。Objective:To discuss the value of combined two and three-dimentional ultrasound of fetal facial malformation in prenatal diagnosis.Methods:Two and three-dimensional ultrasound were used to examine the fetal facial malformation in the second trimester of high-risk pregnant women,and analyzed the diagnostic value of two methods alone or combined.Results:Among 86 suspected high risk pregnant women with fetal facial deformity,26 cases were confirmed as fetal facial deformity.The diagnostic value of the combination of the two ultrasonography methods for fetal facial deformities is higher than that of single ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of combining two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosing prenatal fetal facial deformities was relatively high,and help to accurately judge the types of fetal facial deformity.
