摘 要:目的:对比不同传感器肺功能仪在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法:选取阜阳市临泉县人民医院2019年1月~2022年1月收治的90例支气管哮喘患者,分别采用超声传感器肺功能仪、压差传感器肺功能仪进行肺功能检查,对比测定结果差异并绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价超声传感器肺功能仪的应用价值。结果:两种仪器的检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);以压差传感器肺功能仪检测结果作为金标准,ROC曲线显示,超声传感器肺功能仪的灵敏度与特异度均≥70.0%。结论:在支气管哮喘患者中超声传感器肺功能仪具有较高的借鉴参考价值。Objective:To compare the application effect of different sensor pulmonary function instruments in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:90 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Linquan County People's Hospital in Fuyang City from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected for pulmonary function examination using ultrasound sensor pulmonary function instrument and pressure difference sensor pulmonary function instrument,respectively.The difference in the measurement results was compared and the working characteristic curve(ROC)of the subjects was drawn to evaluate the application value of ultrasound sensor pulmonary function instrument.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the detection results of the two instruments(P>0.05);Using the detection results of the differential pressure sensor pulmonary function meter as the gold standard,the ROC curve shows that the sensitivity and specificity of the ultrasound sensor pulmonary function meter are both≥70.0%.Conclusion:Ultrasound sensor pulmonary function meter has high reference value in patients with bronchial asthma.
