关工委工作融入高职学生党建的“四维引领机制”探析

摘　　要：高职关工委对学生党建工作质量提升具有重要现实意义,是把好发展学生党员“入口关”的客观需要、培训学生党建工作队伍的有力保障、关工委“优质化建设均衡发展”的客观要求。关工委融入高职学生党建要遵循“四维引领机制”,分别是夯实“思想引领”基础,坚定学生党员理想信念;聚焦“学业教育”主业,提升学生党员专业素养;丰富“组织活动”内容,铸造学生党员先锋模范;与“时”俱进,始终坚持四维一体。The customs work committee in higher vocational colleges is of important practical significance for improving the quality of student Party building work.It is the objective need to ensure the“entrance gate”for developing student Party members,a strong guarantee for training student Party building teams,and the objective requirement of the Committee of Caring for the Next Generation for“balanced development of high-quality construction”.The Committee of Caring for the Next Generation should follow the“four-dimensional leading mechanism”to integrate into the Party building of vocational college students,which is to consolidate the basis of"ideological guidance"and strengthen the ideals and beliefs of student Party members;focus on the main business of“academic education”to improve the professional quality of student Party members;enrich the content of“organization activities”and create a pioneer model for student Party members;keep pace with the“time”and always adhere to the four-dimensional integration.
