摘  要:“形势与政策”课是思想政治理论课不可或缺的一环,是理论与实践相结合原则的现实观照,更是理解与预判新时代中国特色社会主义发展的事实密码。在百年未有之大变局的世界格局下,该课程在备课、现场释惑、教学权重、团队构成以及结果考评方面都存在着一些教学藩篱,具体表现为教学内容变动大、解疑释惑难度大从而备课任务重、学分学时少且考核评价难度大,同时任课教师专职少、兼职多的特点。为了力求该课程的理论和教学属性扩展,任课教师只有做到“两个非常熟悉”、做好分工和集体备课、不断创新教学方法和教学模式、做好相关研究提升课堂质量才能适应新时代新形势下的“形势与政策”课发展变化要求。The course of“Situation and Policy”is an indispensable part of the ideological and political theory course,a realistic reflection of the principle of combining theory with practice,and a fact code for understanding and predicting the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Under the world pattern that has not changed in a century,there are some teaching barriers in the course in terms of lesson preparation,on-site explanation of doubts,teaching weight,team composition and results evaluation,which are specifically manifested in the characteristics of large changes in teaching content,great dificulty in solving doubts,heavy task of lesson preparation,less hours of learning division,and difficult assessment,as well as fewer full-time teachers and more part-time teachers.In order to strive for the expansion of the theory and teaching attributes of the course,teachers can only adapt to the development and change requirements of the“Situation and Policy”course in the new era and new situation by achieving“two very familiars”,doing a good job in the division of labor and collective lesson preparation,constantly innovating teaching methods and teaching models,and doing a good job in relevant research to improve the classroom quality.
