摘 要:采用干喷湿纺和湿法纺丝工艺碳纤维制备碳纸前驱体(cpp),通过宏观外形和SEM图对比分析这2种纺丝工艺对cpp分散性的影响。对cpp进行树脂浸润、热压等处理制得碳纸,探究2种纺丝工艺碳纤维对碳纸透气性、导电性、拉伸强度等性能的影响。结果表明:干喷湿纺碳纤维表面光滑;湿法纺丝所得碳纤维表面粗糙且凹槽明显,分散性更好,良好的分散性使得纤维在碳纸中絮聚数量更少,碳纸的透气性更好,并且纤维分散性越好,纤维在树脂中的浸润越充分,碳纸的拉伸强度越好;湿法纺丝工艺所得碳纤维表面的沟壑与树脂结合形成新的导电通路,使得碳纸具有良好的导电性。The carbon paper precursor(cpp)was prepared from carbon fiber by dry spray wet spinning and wet spinning respectively.The effects of two spinning processes on the dispersion of cpp were compared by macroscopic shape and SEM images.Carbon paper was prepared by resin infiltration and hot pressing of cpp,and the influence of carbon fiber of two spinning processes on the properties of carbon paper such as air permeability,electrical conductivity and tensile strength was explored.The results show that the surface of dry spray wet spinning carbon fiber is smooth,while the surface of wet spinning carbon fiber is rough and has obvious grooves.The wet spinning carbon fiber has better dispersibility.The good dispersibility leads to less flocculation of the fiber in the carbon paper and better air permeability of the carbon paper.The better the fiber dispersion,the fuller the fiber infiltration in the resin,and the better the tensile strength of the carbon paper.In wet spinning process,the grooves on the surface of carbon fiber combine with resin to form a new conductive path,which makes carbon paper have good electrical conductivity.
