摘 要:在电压互感器二次压降测试领域,之前的有线测量法和GPS同步的无线测量法、载波测量法、守时测量法等技术,都存在一些对环境要求高或者使用不便的问题,因此提出一种新的方法,即通过对电压互感器二次回路阻抗以及电能表输入阻抗的测量,计算出电压互感器二次回路的电压降。首先介绍二次压降形成的机理,分析三相四线、三相三线电能表回路的阻抗测量方法,然后通过实物仿真加以验证。试验表明该方法模型正确,测量准确,而且测量过程无需同步、无需数据传输,就可以满足现场对0.2级的电压互感器二次回路压降的测量,特别在现场环境条件苛刻情况下,使用效果优于之前基于无线和载波的压降测试方法。In the field of secondary voltage drop testing of the voltage transformer(VT),previous technologies such as wired measurement method and GPS synchronous wireless measurement method,carrier measurement method,and punctual measurement method,all have some issues with high environmental requirements or inconvenient use.Therefore,this paper proposes a new method,which calculates the voltage drop of the VT secondary circuit by measuring the impedance of the secondary circuit and the input impedance of the energy meter.It firstly introduces the mechanism of secondary voltage drop formation,analyzes the impedance measurement method of three-phase four wire and three-phase three wire energy meter circuits,and verifies through physical simulations.The experiment shows that the model of this method is correct and the measurement is accurate.It indicates that the measurement process doesn't require synchronization or data transmission,which can meet the on-site measurement of secondary voltage drop of 0.2 level VTs,especially in harsh environmental conditions.The use effect is better than the previous voltage drop testing methods based on wireless and carrier.
